Our phone cases are primarily made from PLA, a popular material in 3D printing known for its durability and quality.

Yes, our cases support wireless charging. Look for the wireless charging option in the dropdown menu on applicable products.

Through our website, you can preview the pattern color of your custom design. For a full preview including the base color, please contact us at support@redwolf.io, and we’ll be happy to provide a detailed mock-up.

To customize, select products marked with "(Custom)" next to your phone brand. You can then choose your preferred colors and patterns.

Currently, our customization is limited to basic shapes and paths. We are unable to print photorealistic images.

We do not currently support uploading personal images or designs for phone cases.

Choose your desired phone case pattern, ensure it has the "(Custom)" tag, select your colors, and add it to your cart.

Orders are typically printed within 24 hours. If you need to make changes, contact us quickly at support@redwolf.io to see if adjustments are possible.

There is no minimum order quantity for our phone cases.

All custom phone cases are priced uniformly.

We accept most standard payment methods for convenience.

Shipping fees apply, but are waived if you purchase two or more cases.

It generally takes about 3 days for printing and an additional 5 days for shipping.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our 3D printing process and materials are environmentally friendly. PLA is a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources.

We offer a recycling program where you can return old cases, and we recycle the filament to create new cases, often donated to the community.

We are committed to sustainable practices, including efficient energy use in our printing process, minimizing waste, and continually exploring ways to further reduce our environmental impact.
